Cappadocia University started to generate its own electrical energy by solar system and added a new one to its successful works in the field of sustainability with the Solar Power Plant (GES) System.
The Solar Power Plant (GES) System, which was installed on the roof of the Oktay Sinanoğlu building in Mustafapaşa campus, started energy generation on December 14, 2020. The system, consisting of 144 Monocrystalline panels, which meets all the electricity needs of the building with the installation made independently of the network in the first stage and produces 48.24 KWp energy.
