In order to celebrate December 7, "International Civil Aviation Day", a free parachute jump was performed with the support of our University's Hot Air Balloon and Airship Application and Research Center.
Aircraft Technology Program' lecturer Emin Tugay Kekeç made his preparations by obtaining the necessary permissions to parachute from the hot air balloon and left himself to the sky to celebrate the International Civil Aviation Day. Kekeç stayed for about 5 minutes in the air and landed in the safe area in Göreme.
